ABOUT RAVERUNNER

We didn’t set out to create a brand just to make money. RaveRunner wasn’t a business idea—it was a solution to problems we faced every day. It all started in a basement with my grandmothers sewing skills. She stitched together the very first RaveRunner Hydration Pack. Piecing together old running packs and Camelbacks, she made the first anti theft hydro. We needed gear that could keep up with us. Thanks to Nan, we realized a lot of other people needed it too.

Where Passion Meets Purpose

Our founder, Ryan Lange, grew up in the suburban sprawl of South Jersey. He chased adrenaline wherever he could find it. Through motocross, snowboarding, hiking, football, fitness, and running. College at Drexel University took things up a notch. Ryan discovered his two biggest loves: ultra-marathons and music festivals.

Ryan found his identity in epic-ness and adrenaline.

Chasing the Impossible

FALL

Ryan wasn’t content with just completing 100-mile races; he wanted to do more. At 20 years old, he became the youngest person to finish the Moab 240—a grueling 240-mile race—crossing the finish line in 86 hours. That journey launched him onto podcasts and interviews. There he shared the power of chasing discomfort and inspiring others to go beyond what they thought possible.

A Hydration Pack That Couldn’t Exist Fast Enough

GenZ Founder Ryan Lange grew up in a suburban town in southern New Jersey. In 2007 Ryan found a passion for outdoor activities. Motocross, snowboarding, and hiking were amongst many of his chosen ventures. Ryan then entered high school playing football and found himself getting into fitness and running. Once Ryan went to college at Drexel University in Philadelphia, he found himself enjoying music festivals and pushing his limits in ultra-marathon races.

Ryan creates his own luck through pushing the limits.

Launching a Movement

SUMMER

After years of frustration with poorly designed bags, Ryan knew it was time for a change. He hacked together a pack with his grandmother and pitched the idea to the Baiada Institute at Drexel. With no formal business background, he dove headfirst into entrepreneurship. By blending his love for festivals and endurance sports Ryan designed a bag that could keep pace with partying all weekend long.

When passion meets purpose, innovation follows.

A Community That Runs, Raves, and Rides Hard

SUMMER

In the summer of 2018, Ryan secured a grant from Drexel and ran a successful Kickstarter campaign. This gave him the funds for the first run of RaveRunner Hydration Packs. What started as a personal fix quickly became a movement. From marathons to music festivals, snowboarding to adventures, Ryan took his RaveRunner everywhere. It’s a piece of gear that drives persistence, authenticity, and bold experiences.

GenZ enters into the next generation – Innovative products and a community unlike any other.

Maturing from a business to a Brand

GenZ creates products that consumers did not know they needed. With Ryan’s participation in almost all outdoor activities and sports, combined with his expertise in design, he can pull inspiration and construct features into products that make our customers say, “why hasn’t this been created before!?”
